Kalita Vineyard

Et Fille started making wines from the Kalita Vineyard in 2004. Kalita Vineyard is in the Yamhill-Carlton District. This vineyard is in a lovely south, southeast and southwest facing bowl. The vineyard, owned by Sherry and Arthur Kalita, is 22 acres of pinot noir near Willakenzie Estates and Shea Vineyards. It is situated on Willakenzie soil at an altitude that varies between 400 and 800. Half of our blocks run to the top of the vineyard. The clones of the grapes harvested for us are exclusively pommard and a small amount of wadensvil.
