Blakeslee Vineyard

Owned by Bill and Sheila Blakeslee, Blakeslee Vineyard is in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, near the town of Sherwood. The soil type is Laurelwood (volcanic ash) into clay. Orientation is south, south-east. Elevation is 500-550'.

The vineyard is 15 acres and consists of 115 and pommard clones of pinot noir. We source both clones from this vineyard. The pommard was planted in 2000, and the 115 was planted in 1997.

We started sourcing grapes from Blakeslee Vineyard in 2007.
